How do I purchase a product?

1. Connect your wallet (MetaMask) to Polygon Mainnet.
2. Browse products and click "Buy Now".
3. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
4. After payment confirmation, you'll receive a license key and download link.

What happens after I purchase?

You will receive:
- A unique license key (copy it safely)
- A download link for your product
- An email confirmation (if email configured)
All purchases are saved in your "My Purchases" page.

How do I create my own store?

1. Click "Create Your Store" on the homepage.
2. Enter store name, description, and URL slug.
3. Pay 450 TTAJ to activate your store.
4. Once activated, you can add products, upload logos, and manage your store settings.

How do I add products to my store?

After creating your store, visit your store page (logged in with the same wallet). You'll see an admin panel where you can:
- Add product title, description, price
- Upload product image and ZIP file
- Manage your store settings (phone, address, logo)

What payment methods are accepted?

TTAJ Store accepts TTAJ tokens on the Polygon network. You need to have TTAJ in your wallet and some MATIC (POL) for gas fees.

How do I withdraw my earnings from my store?

Store owners can request withdrawal from their dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is 50 TTAJ. Requests are manually reviewed by the admin team (typically within 48 hours).

Why is my transaction failing?

Common reasons:
- You don't have enough MATIC (POL) for gas fees (need ~0.01 MATIC)
- You're on the wrong network (switch to Polygon Mainnet)
- You don't have enough TTAJ balance
- Transaction was rejected in your wallet

I lost my license key. Can I get it back?

Yes! Go to "My Purchases" page (link in header). All your purchases are saved there with license keys and download links.

Is my data secure?

We only store your public wallet address and IP address (for security). We never store private keys or personal information. All payments are processed on-chain.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
